helpful hint for everybody: if you dont have buttermilk and just have regular milk, add a TBSP of vinegar or lemon juice for each cup. let it sit for 15 mins. and then you have BUTTERMILK
I make this all the time and just bought 4 pounds of blueberries. Looking for something different though :) Thanks for watching and congratulations on your success.
I made this but the bottom didn't cook well and tasted eggy, I wonder what I did wrong, will try again. I do love your videos, they remind me of Indonesianfoods videos all about the food. Keep up the good work.
Yes tastes amazing. Blueberries are so fat and juicy when mixed into the cake they become so sweet. First video I've made with my new mixer. Glad you enjoyed!

I've got a question concerning the amount of flour: do you mean - 2 AND 1/2 cups or - 2 TO 2 1/2 cups? thank you!

@HappyEndPerson
2 and 1/2 cups, ingredients in my baking recipes aren't approximated. You have to make this, everyone at my work love it. Thanks for watching.

Yes you should be ok with a regular beater. Just don't try using a whisk :) Thanks for watching.
