Lossless audio. CD quality. The bitrate is around 1000 kb/s (kilabytes per second). MP3s can reach 320 kb/s at max, excluding the new Lossless MP3, Limewire quality is usually around 96-128 kb/s. Meaning it sounds like shit compared to FLACs.
