In future ALL of our rights will be defined and decided upon by the EU Court in Strasbourg.
It's no more "European" than the EU "parliament" as it only represents EU members not other European countries.
IF the "European" Court of Justice is independant of the EU (it is appointed & paid by the Council Of Europe )...why then have they never ruled ONCE AGAINST the un-elected commission in an important ruling (in 50 years) ?
And WHY does the courtroom have a blue carpet...with yellow stars ?
