Well I have a dell laptop... those old ones and it doesn't turn on at all...it was working fine... now all it does is flash... well the on and charging indicaters only super sucks how much does it usually cost to get a laptop fixed

This may be fault of operating system. Because BSOD appears before computer shuts down. Try reinstall it.
