Fact is, between committing crimes to obtain drugs or drug money, people not being in absolute control over what they do while on them and unnecessary wasting if medical resources (like at the EDC skrillex show. There are better things they could be doing than tending to self induced harm.), there is far too much to overlook. If it didn't affect others, then I'd say feel free, but such is not the case.
