I ordered the yum pot for my self for xmas, and it just arraived and I am sitting with the same yumpot as in this episode :D It's better that I would think after dipping a finger in all the different powders, though mine is much darker and orangy than theirs xD I wonder why :) same stuff :D
I made my own yum pot (kinda). Mine was cacao, maca, cacao nibs, goji berries, agave and coconut oil. I just put it in the freezer so when ever I want a little sweet I break off a bit. I put it in the fridge after it hardens. I just eat a tiny piece each time.
I was not sure how this was going to taste because most of the ingredients are powders but it tastes great! I added some fruit to mine and the flavor is wonderful. It is a great chocolate substitute.
You guys actually did include a yumpot recipe in one of your really early videos -- I couldn't remember which one it was and I was hoping you would do it again!
Thanks for the video... :)
Sandy
P.S.: Sorry to hear about your accident. I'll be praying for peace for both of you.
i just made a yumpot because i was craving something sweet ... raw honey, cacao, maca, and some coconut flakes,,,, wo hooooo ... thanks for this angela!!
thanks for this fun vid and also the thanksgiving day vid as well. i am going to order some of that lecuma-lucuma powder from you all right now!! love, pamela
How funny...I blend most of these ingredients into my morning green smoothies...just add some baby spinach to this and vitamineral green, and youve got my *yum blend*. :) (and maybe a banana or 2)
Don't quote me on this--I'm no expert here--but I'd say if you did some research on the basic properties of each power and what they do, you could intuitively gauge which powders would mix well.
Also, I'd say it'd depend on who eats them, and the other types of foods they eat. (E.g. If a powder increases energy and someone already has loads of energy, that may not be the best powder for that person).
I'm making some of these to take to my first raw potluck tomorrow. I love the sleeping kitten in the host's arms at the end as well!

@blissing88 If I´m not mistaken it´s maca, and the other ingredient is Mesquite. Hope this helps. : ) x

I'm worried about mixing too many powders... Has there been any studies on bad interactions between various powders?

It's so cute how Angela shakes her head from side to side when she's happy.
