yeah frayer means sucker, but in Israeli culture it means much more. Like everything an israeli does it in order for him to not be perceived as a "frayer". For example, somebody donates money to a good charity cause and people call him a frayer for wasting money.

The song says that the whole "frayer" mentality is stupid and that a loyal honest citizen isn't a "frayer", but what everyone should be
