How To...... Register For Online Billing

yahiamaglad, that exactly what is happenign to me. I called them several times and been told they have set up an accoutn while im on the phone and will send me the confirmation email, but I never recieved one. It infuriating!

The "My Account" button does not give you a "Register Now" button as per their guide and as per the online help! Is this done that way because they don't want people to be able to use online paper billiing so they can charge customer £1.39? It looks like that for me. No other company that I know of charges for paper billing anywayt. Quiet reduculous!!

What about if you are getting threatening legal letters for money not owed and talk talk customer services is slow and useless. Do you have a guide for that? Coincidentally I have a video for that!
