  • You're good! I love your voice.

It takes an extreme amount of confidence and determination to get up in front of an audience and perform, especially from memory. Stage-fright is a horrid thing to overcome and you did exceedingly well. Even the most talented of performers suffer from this as it's what kept Barbra Streisand from performing LIVE! for more than 20 years!

I see them (and you should too) as learning opportunities! If u had been singing for years, then some "learning opportunities" shouldn't have been made. However, for a guy that's only been singing for 8 months!!!!!,

I think you u did an extraordinarily fabulous performance.

  • I must agree with the other posts that there are some flaws. Just remember, NO ONE! (except God) is perfect and we all make errors and mistakes we'd like to bury and forget. As long as you keep on going and learn from them.....I don't see them as MISTAKES!

  • @ErikTheOperaGhost No, Clay Aiken sounds like hes trying too hard to sound emotional. It's obnoxious....similar to your face. And your cooking. I mean, I've NEVER had chicken marsala THAT BAD.

  • @ErikTheOperaGhost so true that is why clay aiken sings it the best of everyone who tried singing it

  • @btrjonasfan101 I'm glad you've had the privilege of hearing EVERYONE WHO EVER SANG THIS SONG IN HISTORY. How....omnipresent..of you. :)

  • nice singing but i do not think your voice matches the song and i love how you sing but clay aiken sang it better than ANYBODY not just than you but everybody that tried singing it i still hthink clay aiken sang it better but you will go far but try other songs

  • My brother plays aladdin and I play narrator 4 he's singing proud of your boy right now practicing

  • Did the puffy pants feel comfortable? I know its a random question but just wondering...

  • I love this song, great job! Better than that arrogant sounding Clay Aiken version. It's supposed to sound cute and innocent, just like this.

  • this is good for a middle school production.

  • cool awesome :) !!

  • Very good! High school production?

You sound great! I love this song...

  • This is really off pitch and gets excruciating to listen to at points...

    sorry. It's a wonderful song.

  • I really like this song. And I really like you singing it.

You should be proud of your work!

  • This is boy that started singing 8 months before this play production I think he did a great job for the little training he had

  • This is really good. I didnt think it was pitchy, when stuff is recorded it never sounds as good as it did in reality.

  • I think it's great that you did this and put it out on YouTube... you're linked from Clay Aiken's rendition. And you do a good job. :-)

  • great job man. keep working hard.

  • Does anyone know why they cut this beautiful song from the movie?

  • this was dedicated to aladin's mother, but when the script eliminated the mother, the song was cut.

  • its tone deaf jack ass...and the kids not bad...so next time u wanna insult someone know what your talking about

  • no its from aladdin, but it was cut from the plot

  • actually this was cut from the movie on the dvd of Aladdin they have this song sung by Clay Aiken

  • It's a cut song from the movie. Your thinking of someone who uploaded the song with Treasure Planet pictures. The 2-disc DVD describes why the song didn't work and has all the special features about adding it to the DVD to honor Menken.

  • And to honor Ashman.

  • Very nicely done, great voice

  • Very good effort, I'm guessing a little stage-fright threw your voice off rarely in this?

  • you should ask your acting teacher for some pointers on what to do (and not do) with your hands

    nice singing, mememe

  • Nice job!

  • u keep looking to the audience and then u look back to something (idk) wat but... idk... use the stage more, more emotion and practice... srry to be harsh...

  • aBU

    O_O

    JAJJAAJAJAJAJAJ

  • Interesting production... The pitch was all over the place. Good effort though. Abu looks uncomfortable.

  • Your voice is good, but you my need practice. Overall, very good job.

  • Your good. I love it.

  • i think that you did an awesome job

  • You need to watch your pitch.

  • You need to see/hear our shitty auditorium. It didn't sound bad in person. The camera was sitting near the speakers and the acoustics are awful.

  • The orchestra sounds a lot like the karaoke version of the song. Was there really an orchestra for this production?

  • so right

  • Oke das really Goos

  • well, you're not John Barrowman or Clay Aiken, but definitely not too bad!

  • amen brother

  • You posted this on my birthday! What a great present!

You're amazing! You're definitely going places, kid! (even though you're probably the same age as I am, but "kid" sounded better in the context!)

  • you're no clay aiken but thats good

  • Hey, that was great! Well done.

  • your reallly goood

  • wow you're cute and you sound great. you gay? jk jk i'm just messing with you. you sound great man you should try out for a band or something

  • wow, ur really good and really cute. do u have a myspace?

  • Was this a school play?

  • your voice is a bit too high and a little pitchy and the BAND IS WAAAY to loud!

  • haha....Band! We barely had enough resources to afford that backdrop. And the music and the mic were connected to the same speakers.

  • Was the music from a karaoke cd? I recognize the arrangement of this song. I know the cd.

  • @mememe20202 Dude, just take criticism.

Your pitch is off a bit.

    Nothing to do with acoustics.

Criticism isn't a bad thing, it let's you learn.

    Everyone gets pitch problems sometimes.

Other than that you have a pretty good voice.

    X's

  • @Jessabellany2 i think was a karaoke track.

  • Miggrator- the band, most likely, is in FRONT of the stage,. Our local high school's musical productions have the band in front of the stage. And since the person video taping was sitting behind the band in the audience-the music would be picked up a little too loudly. The young man's voice still comes through clear enough to realize he is very talented!! Our local high school's production of Oklahoma is Sat. and can't wait to see two close friends' children as Curley and Laurie!!

  • The music was too loud...

From what I could hear of your singing, it was good.

    :'D
