Very beautiful artwork. I work in the same medium and it takes me 5-8 hours for some pieces...but its worth it to see the finished product and not believe that your hands could accomplish that.

He probably started drawing when he was my age like 13 -15 and NEVER stoped! practiced and practiced and practiced! the best theng that helped me was to begin working on anime! if you get really good at anime move to a realistic faces then work your way up :)
