Democracy can never exist in a group of Countrys with no written Constitution. The UK Group does not have a written Constitutuon and thus is a "Democracy" in name, not in essence,fact or practice. How can any group claim to be, by any stretch of the imagination, a Democracy when the wishes of the majority can be ignored, and the minority take power?. Is the first past the post electoral system in the UK, Democracy in action? Even the Scots voting system ,as ever, is fairer.
