@mike3sixty, There are actually message boards that are catered to Professional Baseball Spirits' franchise that has a translation blueprint mapped out for Professional Baseball Spirits 6 and other their previous installments. This is how many non-Japanese speaking individuals are able to navigate the game effectively.
Professional Baseball Spirits 7 (2010) is coming out this April 2010 I think. The game itself cost roughly 60 - 80 dollars.
Apparently, WBC (world's baseball classic) is only available on the 2009 version--at least I think that's the case. Hopefully the following link shows up.
