  • 0:57 seconds for porn!!! look on the right

  • @rocs2hrd4u Hahahaha!!!

  • Big- my movies were working from one external hard drive but not my 2nd drive. I did as you said for both my drives, and now I am getting an input error when trying to play movies from either hard drive. My guess is the file name changed. Can you help

  • @michtrack I never had this problem before, but if i was you, i will change the name. and i will also eject both HDD'S, an reset just one HDD for Plex, and the other for iTunes. I have two external HDD'S, and one i have to the side for backup with all my movies on it. and the other for Plex and iTunes that stays hooked up at all times. but its a 3TB Hard Drive.

  • @michtrack Did it work ?

  • Respond to this video...How can the file name change by it self, other than when you download your movies from lets just say, Bit Torrent. and then you should have the option to change it, your self, so if thats so, just as you download, change the names manually. i mean thats what i do. but not for every movie, just the one's that change on me once i have downloaded and converted.

  • Excellent! Great video and thanks for the help!

  • @sherab108 Glad i can help.

  • My file are taking from 1 to 2 hours long and they are only between 1 to 2 GB sizes. I'm saving my files into my 2TB external HDD. It would be great if you could create a video of your 20 to 30 minute rip using hand break. Thanks in advance.

  • Great video!! I'm new to Mac and basically I'm trying to set up my HTPC. What DVD ripper do you use? I have a lot of DVDs that I would like to rip to my external HDD. Thanks!!!

  • @rsepulveda13 (Hand Brake) i love it ,and will not trade it for nothing els.

  • @BIGBPRODUCTIONS100 Into what format do you rip your movies? How long does it take to rip each movie? What's the size of the movie once you rip them? I know it depends on the length of the movie but I rip a movie to my external HDD and it's size was 5.93 GB; i try playing the movie in Plex and it gave me the following message "Plex quit unexpectedly". I'm just wondering if it's the size of the movie that is causing this issue. Thanks.

  • @rsepulveda13 i just rip all of my movies into a MP4 file format. and i will say it takes about 20 to 30min to rip, but it also depends on the file size. now i do no that my movies that i rip is always between 4.00 GB or 6.00 GB. but if the file do not play in side plex, try playing it inside itunes first, then go over to plex and import the movie from itunes to plex. there fore the file should be playable in plex.

  • You are the man! I wouldn't ever figure it out. All I can say is Thank you

  • @nildacv2 Dont feel bad because it took me a long time to figure this out after hours of being on the internet.

  • Thank You, I was trying to do this for 2 hours with no luck until I found your video.

Now it seams so simple. Jc

  • @JamesClausen I'm glad i can help, because i no it took me about one month. to figure out how to do this.

  • Nice info. You sure know your stuff...

  • hey this was a helpful vid. i was having problems with my music and not my vids. I was able to get the music setup from following your vid but i was wondering if you knew how to delete a folder name once its created so it will not show in plex itself. While trying to set this up created duplicate folders names and now they are in plex when i launch.

  • @rayray5340 Go to where ever your movie or music files are such as for me i will go to my external hard drive

and delete one of the files this happen to me all the time when i import some of my movies onto my hard drive

i some times create duplicates so i will just go back and open my external hard drive and delete one of the

movies or music files hope this help.
