NASCAR takes the skill out of racing, no use of skill, like braking or anything to do with timing or precision. Rally drivers, drifters and all speed racers involve rediculous amounts of skill and training. NASCAR is just rednecks with their feet flat to the floor the whole time turning the steering wheel slightly...... notice why alot of them are unfit and still have beer guts, the only movements they make is at the start of the race and the rest is as boring as watching someone get out of bed.
@wisetoad In defense of NASCAR, those drivers have to drive bumper to bumper at 180-190MPH for 5 hours with no A/C most of the time in the deep south in the middle of summer. While it may not sound hard to drive a cup car, those things have around 800bhp, and weigh next to nothing, so they can't be easy. Not saying NASCAR beats F1 in terms of skill, but credit where it's due.
@wisetoad Also, it's fanbase really doesn't do it any favors, however, it is very fan friendly. For sake of comparison, in F1, as a ticket holder, you can't go near the drivers in the pit. Having been to a Sprint Cup race myself, I can say I was aloud to walk around and talk to the drivers and crew, and it was a nice experience, because it relieved many stereotypes. All of the people I talked to, while having country accents, were actually quite intelligent.
@Ritona99 I have talked to F1 and Nascar drivers and crew. 1)Nascar drivers are way nicer people! 2) F1 teams have actually partnered with NASCAR teams on matters of bearings and other items that cause friction on rotating parts of their respective vehicles. So I agree with you, although I have not had much time around F1. I hope my opinions about F1 teams will be changed with the new track in Austin allowing me to spend more time around the sport.
@wisetoad No every factor of racing is still there. You still have to be somewhere under 200 lbs and of course you brake. Of course you've never seen a race. In Martinvilles they brake every couple seconds. The only rednecks you'll actually see in NASCAR are the fans. Kyle and Kurt Busch are from Nevada, Jimie Johnson is from California, Tony Stewart and Jeff Gordon are from Indiana. They slightly turn the wheel. There's tons of wheel movement going on and the car isn't very easy to control.
dumb fucks! v8 supercars, nascar and formula run V8 engines. nascar still run fucking carburettors for fucks sake! fuck off rednecks. yes supercars are just a 5litre pushrod engine...but they are the fucking best pushrod engine gettin around. and of course formula1 is the best! they have the biggest budgets, do the most development, and produce twice the power out of an engine allmost a 3rd the size! if you really think nascar is better...have fun with ya sister/mother/girlfriend/cousin redneck!
@13cal13 you havent heard the news have you, yes nascar is going fuel injection next season, and NASCAR is televised world wide, not just in the south, and watch us "rednecks" kick your ass!
@mike4auburn91 lol thats adorable, the redneck figured out the interweb machine...fuck off idiot i posted this over 6 months ago before NASCAR officially announced it. we have been running fuel injection in a touring/v8supercars since the 80's in australia, you are not doing anything special, you are just trying to catch up with the rest of the world...still. what next? are you going to invent the metric system and claim that for yourself too? what a wanker
@13cal13 The word "redneck" stands for people who work their ass off in the hot sun, just so you can sit on your ass and type on your computer all day, NOT for people from the south.
a V8 supercar is a tuned taxi, of course its not gonna win. Even my girlfriends dad who races in ametuer V8's wishes he could take his skyline and kick everyone's ass just like the good ol' days
@00unknownmember00 the holden commodore was actualy based on the opel commodore which is german company. ford is american need i say more well these aborigonies have lived in this country for 40,000 years and look what they have acomplished, i think we have earnt the rights for this country we even provide for the aborigonies.
00unknownmember00, what are you a fucking smelly boong? This IS my fucking country, Abos came from indonesia by canoe, they are not true AUSTRALIANS, they are gooks... you stupid cunt
@ThePanoogie ok i'll be fair & look at this from an unbiased view. Abo Aussies r Indos that came here by canoe because like all civilization they destroyed as much of the natural environment as their technology would allow. whilst on the other hand White Aussies are greedy English with their unwanted convicts wanting to take over this land that was habited by someone else already. in our child hood, when we found somethin we'd say finders keepers &once in a while some bastard would take it off u
eh? the f1 was only about a 1sec behind and it started 36secs later yet it manages to nearly catch up near the end. i guess ur prob the biggest v8 fans in all down under an american motor and the car was designed by a scotts men. as to the ford, it's just a re-engineered american falcon back in the 60s. which is rather ironic coz it sounds very much like the " aussies " claiming the land as theirs but it belongs to someone else. pitiful really..
@00unknownmember00 nah im not a v8 fanboy, id watch f1 over v8's anyday hence why i was at the grand prix but yea i thought it would be interesting to put this up for a bit of fun. and btw the f1 won the event the on the other days, this is the day that they made the gap much greater.
@00unknownmember00 I'll take it your British. Australian history is not the prettiest, no. But our history is a far sight better then yours mate. We were the second nation behind NZ to grant women franchise, we were the first to grant minimum wage, our countrymen never killed each other over pollitics ect. I find it funny how it wasn't Australian's that "claimed the land as theirs", it was British whom were sent here or immigrated here along with Irish and Scotsman. F1 also use V8's, idiot.
@00unknownmember00 The current Falcon bears no resemblance to the American falcon of the 1960's. And whilst some Aussies think that a "v8 supercar" is the be all and end all of racing, most don't. I appreciate that relative to an open wheeler all cars are slow and relative to a sports sedan, a v8 supercar is slow. But they sure as hell beat the British touring cars...
@00unknownmember00 stfu ass clown if you urself are american or english which i suspect u are u dont belong in that country either and wtf is wrong with an american engine if you've got the time and the resources you can easily pump 1000hp out of a shit load of them. good flippin engines mate
yes that is what I expected.....F1 wooped ass!! Roughly 34.5 seconds faster than the V8.......they're two different worlds, shouldn't even bother comparing them..........all it does is illustrate how amazing F1 cars are..............Go F1!!!
-_________________- i hope your joking, because I'm sure the v8 that tops out at 210mph can beat a car that goes 0-60 faster than a veyron and had a top speed of around 240mph and can handle better than any car. Thanks for wasting my time. Not to mention the f1 car was about to pass them, meaning it was going ten times faster through the turn. I bet the F1 BMW just didnt want to ruin his beautiful car by running into one of those heavy tank v8 pieces of junk
Nascar is better for Rednecks because they get so drunk off shitty beer that it looks more complicated than it actually is, but they can still kinda understand it. If they watched Formula 1 racing they would just sit drooling.
An F1 car would murder a supercar. An F1 car has more power available to it and is much lighter. The F1 car even set off like half a minute after the Nascar and in just 1 lap it was 3 seconds behind it.
Really , these cars are made to so different use, if you would take a race nascar and f1 car in a tracks like monaco, the nascar wouldnt have a chance.
oh the v8 supercar just had a 36 second head start and even then the f1 was only about 2 seconds behind wonder what the outcome would have been if they both started at the same time?
THIS THE FACT NOTHING CAN OUTHANDLE A FI CAR!! HECK IT ALREADY GENERATES A DOWNWARD FORCE EQUAL TO IT'S OWN WIEGHT AT LOW SPEED OF 100 KILOMETER PER HOUR. DRAG RACE IT MAY LOOSE TO A NASCAR BUT IT IS DESIGNED AND FOCUS FOR HANDLING BECUASE IT FOR RACING IN THOSE TYPE OF TRACKS.
@tangnatalaga Yup a few years ago there was a test between F1, Nascar, IRL and I think a few other cars in a drag timing. F1 did like 9 secs at about 190mph. Not so sure about the mph but I know it was close to that. The Nascar did like 11 secs.
@Drenature The acceleration personally do not impress me. What really wow me on F1 is the fact that it can handle like no other cars. It's an ultimate race machine.
@tangnatalaga LOL for me its the whole nine yards. Imagine, some drag cars are running almost 6 sec quarter miles at 190mph then the use a parachute to stop. So to me its like F1 is driving a drag car on a race course with the high acceleration, the quick braking and then doing it all over again, plus turning. Yes sir the ultimate race car IMO.
@Drenature Yeah drag racer funny cars. I call them handicap cars because all they do is go fast going straight. Heck we can break the sound barrier going straight big deal. An F1 can do extreme handling in every situation. It can generate G forces that can make a nascar driver pee in their pants.
@tangnatalaga All they do is make a F1 car look like a horse drawn carrage in terms of acceleration. And speaking of G forces, over 5 Gs positive for 4 seconds and then swinging all the way around to over 6 Gs negative in the run off lanes. Stick to bashing NASCAR, fanboy. You can't hang with the fuel crowd.
@Drenature An F1 car is capable for getting from 0 to 125 and back to 0 again in 7 seconds, that is very fast, flat out an F1 car could do 240 mph easily.
@tangnatalaga You kidding me right, an F1 car could keep up with the Bugati Veyron which is the fastet road leagal car on Earth, equally as fast as a GT car. An F1 car generates 1,700 BHP per ton, weighs less than half a ton and can do 18,000 RPM. And F1 car can go from 0-170 in 6 seconds. An F1 car is faster and quicker than a Nascar in every way. An F1 car would murder a Nascar, nothing to aruge about.
like I said, I love the cars, I just don't like the idea of calling something a supercar just because it's fast. It's like calling a funny car a supercar. The ferrari f40 is pretty much the definition of the supercar & also a supercar is a production vehicle. I just don't like strapping the word super to any fast car when we already have a specific & very different category of supercars already
@thnk4urself ok. your argument would be valid if the word supercar was descriptive, but it isnt. it's a name... so they can call it whatever they want, its just your preconcieved idea of what you think a supercar should be that is the problem here. grow up before having a go at an absolutely enthralling race league.
@ramboormark yes but those previously concieved ideas are what general terms are made from. The same generalization should be accepted in this case. It has nothing to do with growing up or to do with the actual race league, it's a great sport, it's just that the supercar term was already established, i just see calling anything fast a supercar as a lame way to market a product because they couldn't think of something else & it's just pure laziness
how can you call it a supercar? it's ugly and it has 4 doors lol. i know aussie V8 cars are awesome and a great racing sport but they're not supercars. The Ferrari F40 is the definitive supercar and these look nothing like any supercar. And speed is irrelevant, that's not what defines a supercar. Sure they could mop the floor with any supercar on the track but that makes them something else, as in NOT A SUPERCAR
@thnk4urself Tell it to someone who cars mate. If you like it don't watch it.There isn't a Touring Car series that comes close to V8 Supercars for speed or specticale. And let me tell you there are uglier Supercars in existance than V8 Supercars but i havent seen a touring car that looks better than these. Their tough as
@JBofBrisbane meh, I like the cars too much to complain anymore lol. I just don't get why people automatically label something a supercar because it's fast. that's my only gripe. to me supercars are more than just speed, plus it's a production car category anyways
been waiting for a vid like this for a while thanks.
i wouldnt say nascar is better then F1. The only reason why nascar can go around corners so quickly is coz the corners are freakin huge. unlike in F1 where they are very tight at times. also F1 does have alot of action the fact that there is no over lapping is not a bad thing but a good thing. it just means its more competitive.
@sassy2161 and another thing about NASCAR.... its the same thing every single lap..... " Their Making a Left turn" lol, thats all they do and its boring
@stiffyscotland Ive always said If i wanted to watch something turn left over and over Ill watch a dog chase his own fucking tail. Dog is actually more interesting than nascar which is kinda funny.
@stiffyscotland Nascar is about the mindgames, consistency and the overtaking more than the technology and outright skill of the drivers. Im not a huge fan of Nascar but i give credit where credit is due and it requires a different skillset to F1 and circuit racing. Even Montoya has trouble winning regularly in Nascar so its gotta be harder than it looks.
@stiffyscotland F1 is pretty much the same in general, they do the same thing every single lap, even though its not an circle track, they're still going in circles lol!
@xCaLeBxx Nascar's are designed to only turn one direction....... Formula One and Australian V8 supercars are designed to turn BOTH ways, so Nascar drivers only need to learn how to turn to the left PROPER drivers need to learn to turn the car BOTH ways
@stiffyscotland ok good for you.... im not trying to support nascar or f1 but the point im making is they're ALL going round and round in CIRCLES!!! LOL!!
@xCaLeBxx do you prefer soccer? kicking around a ball for 100mins in a game? and guys acting like they got hit the back with a baseball bat over a little kick to their shins?
@stiffyscotland i do prefer F1 over nascar racing. but i can't argue with people who prefer nascar. in nascar there are more frequent position changes and that only happens in F1 during pit stops.
nascar engines have a higher piston speed and maintain those speeds for a longer amount of time. quite impressive compared to f1 if you are smart enough to know what you are looking at.
oh by the way, there are 1.3 liter motorcycle engines that make more hp than an f1 car. look at how slow that thing launched, 100 million dollar traction control system and it was slow as shit.
you are possibly the dumbest shit on the internet. f1 cars are controlled by computers, have 1000 times more downforce, and also 1000 times more contact patch, yet it only beats the bike by a few hundreths of a second. bottom line is the bike takes real talent to operate, unlike the cars. come race my bike with whatever you have, i will give you a 25 second head start and still win.
what the fuck are you talking about? F1 will obliterate any bike on any track, and not just for a few hundreths of a sec.
You think it's easy to drive a car through corners at over 5g of force on your body? The force where if ur not trained for it, u pass away and loose your vision?
And do you think it's easy to drive a car on RWD with more than 1500hp per tonne of power? While weighing 640kg with driver?
Don't bullshit us with "bike superpowerness", thank you.
@Brian500R wow dude. im not a hater so i aint gona say crap, i love bikes as well. But what your saying is irrelevant. You claim that only bikes require talent/skill but F1 cars are just as difficult to drive if not more so than bikes. Picture this. The average super car can take corners(but not ALL corners) at speeds of anywhere from 60 to 90 mph. In a F1 car, YOU HAVE TO CORNER at at least 120mph(if i remember right) in order to take the corner unless you wana hit a wall at over 100 mph.
@Brian500R i could keep going, but ill cut it short. Im not saying that F1 cars are better than GP bikes. Bikes require a enormous amount of skill to race as well. My point in all this is that you can not say that bikes are better than F1 cars just because they are packed with technology. If a F1 car did not have so much downforce and grip, then it would just be a wall pounding rocket on wheels.
@Brian500R then there is throttle and brake response. F1 cars require more delicate throttle handling for exiting corners. Breaking is difficult as well. Because F1 breaks are so potent, drivers can break much later preparing to enter a corner, yet if they break too late they risk not making the corner and if they break too soon the risk loosing corner speed and time.
I don't know why I'm eveng commenting your post, but damn I had to.
What the fuck dude? Go look on wiki or something for info about F1s acceleration. If you think that it starts slow, then look over some videos from actual races where with onboard camera starting. In a matter of 3, maybe 4 secs, it's over 200kmh and more.
F1 is capable of accelerating from 0-160km/h and stopping to zero under 5 secs. beat that with your bike lol.
Plus, lol - go have a look about the strongest F1s of all time. F1 2004 engine and 2005 V10 produced around 1000hp, while the beast engines from F1 turbo era were capable to produce up to 1500hp.
haha its funny coz the wheels are actually turning left when the steering wheel in straight. you have to turn right to make the car go in a straight line.
@stiffyscotland Dear friend, by your comment it is very obvious you are one many people who follow the crowd, and yes maybe watch a lap or two of nascar. May I ask a question? Have you ever. Ever. Watched a full race? If your answer is anything.but yes. then your statement is ridiculous and biased. NASCAR does have its boring parts yes. But seriously buddy, if you take a look behind the scenes. you can see its an incredibly sophisticated and amazing race. Cheers buddy. Good day to you.
@euza123 you must see than to drive an f1 car round an f1 race track takes a hell of a lot more skill than driving a stock car around a nascar oval track. Surely you see the difference?
@imnotftw yes, i understand it takes alot of skill to drive and F1 around an F1 race track, but it takes just as much skill to race in NASCAR as to racing in F1. Yes there is more cornering and the like in F1, but if you look at NASCAR, its much more thrilling to watch cars go two, three or even four wide for laps on end. Now, i'm talking from a race enthusiast, not from someone whos been behind the wheel. Yes, i enjoy NASCAR, but i also enjoy v8's, speedway, and F1, every motor sport has its
You think Nascar is better than F1. Wow.I'm from the south and I know that's bullshit. lol. left turn. left turn. left turn. crash. left turn. left turn.. lame.
@geoisabeast: MUUUHHAAAAAAHHH!!!!!! - What a awesome comment!!! - And soooooo right!! The only reason for the high attendance figures are the many crashes! There´s nothing more to say... ;o))
you know the names of the people driving the super cars and call "guy" the one driving the F1... next time sell your grand prix ticket and buy 200 to watch nascar or drag shit
You know... they might be a bit lame, those American V8's, and sometimes have transmission problems, drink a lot... but they run forever. And if you watch the models that the Americans have presented in the last 10 years, they look magnificently stunning, and they are very affordable. And , I am an European.
@mageac Probably not being as though the F1 would just edge ahead further and further until it was far enough ahead not to get hit by a nascar. unless it was at the back or in the middle where it had to make up grid places, but I couldnt see it being anywhere but first imo. if it was ever gonna be allowed to race in nascar.
@zaurtrien and whats the most interesting thing in an f1 race?... the pit stops
im a fan of both...most f1 races have little action.... its amazing when a anyone passes anyone else a lap... in nascar its common to have 10 passes... in one turn... at 150mph...
nothin super about a piece of shit condomor with chev guts ffs!

THIS THE FACT NOTHING CAN OUTHANDLE A FI CAR!! HECK IT ALREADY GENERATES A DOWNWARD FORCE EQUAL TO IT'S OWN WIEGHT AT LOW SPEED OF 100 KILOMETER PER HOUR. DRAG RACE IT MAY LOOSE TO A NASCAR BUT IT IS DESIGNED AND FOCUS FOR HANDLING BECUASE IT FOR RACING IN THOSE TYPE OF TRACKS.
tangnatalaga 1 year ago
@tangnatalaga drag race looose to a nascar? an f1 car would slaughter it with its much lower weight, equal power and more grip.
260KPH 1 year ago
@260KPH YEAH U RIGHT. I ALWAYS THOUGHT OF NASCAR HAVING MORE PULLING POWER THAN AN F1 I THOUGHT F1WAS ONLY BETTER AROUND CORNERING.
tangnatalaga 1 year ago
@tangnatalaga Yup a few years ago there was a test between F1, Nascar, IRL and I think a few other cars in a drag timing. F1 did like 9 secs at about 190mph. Not so sure about the mph but I know it was close to that. The Nascar did like 11 secs.
Drenature 1 year ago
@Drenature The acceleration personally do not impress me. What really wow me on F1 is the fact that it can handle like no other cars. It's an ultimate race machine.
tangnatalaga 1 year ago
@tangnatalaga LOL for me its the whole nine yards. Imagine, some drag cars are running almost 6 sec quarter miles at 190mph then the use a parachute to stop. So to me its like F1 is driving a drag car on a race course with the high acceleration, the quick braking and then doing it all over again, plus turning. Yes sir the ultimate race car IMO.
Drenature 1 year ago
@Drenature Yeah drag racer funny cars. I call them handicap cars because all they do is go fast going straight. Heck we can break the sound barrier going straight big deal. An F1 can do extreme handling in every situation. It can generate G forces that can make a nascar driver pee in their pants.
tangnatalaga 1 year ago
@tangnatalaga All they do is make a F1 car look like a horse drawn carrage in terms of acceleration. And speaking of G forces, over 5 Gs positive for 4 seconds and then swinging all the way around to over 6 Gs negative in the run off lanes. Stick to bashing NASCAR, fanboy. You can't hang with the fuel crowd.
TheMoezilla 4 months ago
@Drenature An F1 car is capable for getting from 0 to 125 and back to 0 again in 7 seconds, that is very fast, flat out an F1 car could do 240 mph easily.
NANOFORGE 1 year ago
@tangnatalaga You kidding me right, an F1 car could keep up with the Bugati Veyron which is the fastet road leagal car on Earth, equally as fast as a GT car. An F1 car generates 1,700 BHP per ton, weighs less than half a ton and can do 18,000 RPM. And F1 car can go from 0-170 in 6 seconds. An F1 car is faster and quicker than a Nascar in every way. An F1 car would murder a Nascar, nothing to aruge about.
NANOFORGE 1 year ago
@tangnatalaga no wonder the races are so BORING
mike4auburn91 2 months ago
like I said, I love the cars, I just don't like the idea of calling something a supercar just because it's fast. It's like calling a funny car a supercar. The ferrari f40 is pretty much the definition of the supercar & also a supercar is a production vehicle. I just don't like strapping the word super to any fast car when we already have a specific & very different category of supercars already
thnk4urself 1 year ago
@thnk4urself ok. your argument would be valid if the word supercar was descriptive, but it isnt. it's a name... so they can call it whatever they want, its just your preconcieved idea of what you think a supercar should be that is the problem here. grow up before having a go at an absolutely enthralling race league.
im not australian being patriotic either.
ramboormark 1 year ago
@ramboormark yes but those previously concieved ideas are what general terms are made from. The same generalization should be accepted in this case. It has nothing to do with growing up or to do with the actual race league, it's a great sport, it's just that the supercar term was already established, i just see calling anything fast a supercar as a lame way to market a product because they couldn't think of something else & it's just pure laziness
thnk4urself 1 year ago
the f1 is most fast that this fuck that is oviusly
MrKartiox11 1 year ago
how can you call it a supercar? it's ugly and it has 4 doors lol. i know aussie V8 cars are awesome and a great racing sport but they're not supercars. The Ferrari F40 is the definitive supercar and these look nothing like any supercar. And speed is irrelevant, that's not what defines a supercar. Sure they could mop the floor with any supercar on the track but that makes them something else, as in NOT A SUPERCAR
thnk4urself 1 year ago 4
@thnk4urself They're supercars because their fast, it is just the name of the series "V8 Supercars".

JBofBrisbane 2 months ago
@JBofBrisbane meh, I like the cars too much to complain anymore lol. I just don't get why people automatically label something a supercar because it's fast. that's my only gripe. to me supercars are more than just speed, plus it's a production car category anyways
thnk4urself 2 months ago

sassy2161 1 year ago
@sassy2161 The V8 Supercar had a 36 second head start. So yes if they'd started at the same time, the F1 car would have won by 34 seconds.

been waiting for a vid like this for a while thanks.
i wouldnt say nascar is better then F1. The only reason why nascar can go around corners so quickly is coz the corners are freakin huge. unlike in F1 where they are very tight at times. also F1 does have alot of action the fact that there is no over lapping is not a bad thing but a good thing. it just means its more competitive.

@stiffyscotland Nascar is about the mindgames, consistency and the overtaking more than the technology and outright skill of the drivers. Im not a huge fan of Nascar but i give credit where credit is due and it requires a different skillset to F1 and circuit racing. Even Montoya has trouble winning regularly in Nascar so its gotta be harder than it looks.

xCaLeBxx 10 months ago
@xCaLeBxx Nascar's are designed to only turn one direction....... Formula One and Australian V8 supercars are designed to turn BOTH ways, so Nascar drivers only need to learn how to turn to the left PROPER drivers need to learn to turn the car BOTH ways

Brian500R 5 months ago
@Brian500R ok listen here.
1. TC slowed the start on purpose and the FIA banned TC in 2009 anyway
2. The FIA requires that all karts utilize a double clutch system that prevents burnouts at the start of the race.
3. A formula one kart could beat any bike around any track at any time in any weather.
4. your gay
5. Moto GP produces 100 hp to the rear wheel, F1 produces over 600 to the rear.
lsbgamer 5 months ago 3
@lsbgamer
you are possibly the dumbest shit on the internet. f1 cars are controlled by computers, have 1000 times more downforce, and also 1000 times more contact patch, yet it only beats the bike by a few hundreths of a second. bottom line is the bike takes real talent to operate, unlike the cars. come race my bike with whatever you have, i will give you a 25 second head start and still win.
Brian500R 5 months ago
@Brian500R
what the fuck are you talking about? F1 will obliterate any bike on any track, and not just for a few hundreths of a sec.
You think it's easy to drive a car through corners at over 5g of force on your body? The force where if ur not trained for it, u pass away and loose your vision?
And do you think it's easy to drive a car on RWD with more than 1500hp per tonne of power? While weighing 640kg with driver?
Don't bullshit us with "bike superpowerness", thank you.
popace 5 months ago
@Brian500R wow dude. im not a hater so i aint gona say crap, i love bikes as well. But what your saying is irrelevant. You claim that only bikes require talent/skill but F1 cars are just as difficult to drive if not more so than bikes. Picture this. The average super car can take corners(but not ALL corners) at speeds of anywhere from 60 to 90 mph. In a F1 car, YOU HAVE TO CORNER at at least 120mph(if i remember right) in order to take the corner unless you wana hit a wall at over 100 mph.
laParka777 4 months ago
@Brian500R i could keep going, but ill cut it short. Im not saying that F1 cars are better than GP bikes. Bikes require a enormous amount of skill to race as well. My point in all this is that you can not say that bikes are better than F1 cars just because they are packed with technology. If a F1 car did not have so much downforce and grip, then it would just be a wall pounding rocket on wheels.
laParka777 4 months ago
and fyi, gp bikes produce somewhere around 250 hp, i don't know where you get your info from, but you are fucking stupid.
Brian500R 5 months ago
@Brian500R have a look at this: watch?v=rEbQzdzV7gs ...Just sayin'.
Suprasupra1 4 months ago
@Brian500R then there is throttle and brake response. F1 cars require more delicate throttle handling for exiting corners. Breaking is difficult as well. Because F1 breaks are so potent, drivers can break much later preparing to enter a corner, yet if they break too late they risk not making the corner and if they break too soon the risk loosing corner speed and time.
laParka777 4 months ago
@Brian500R
F1 is capable of accelerating from 0-160km/h and stopping to zero under 5 secs. beat that with your bike lol.
popace 5 months ago
@Brian500R
Plus, lol - go have a look about the strongest F1s of all time. F1 2004 engine and 2005 V10 produced around 1000hp, while the beast engines from F1 turbo era were capable to produce up to 1500hp.
popace 5 months ago

But seriously buddy, if you take a look behind the scenes. you can see its an incredibly sophisticated and amazing race. Cheers buddy. Good day to you.
euza123 7 months ago
@euza123 you must see than to drive an f1 car round an f1 race track takes a hell of a lot more skill than driving a stock car around a nascar oval track. Surely you see the difference?
imnotftw 7 months ago
@imnotftw yes, i understand it takes alot of skill to drive and F1 around an F1 race track, but it takes just as much skill to race in NASCAR as to racing in F1. Yes there is more cornering and the like in F1, but if you look at NASCAR, its much more thrilling to watch cars go two, three or even four wide for laps on end. Now, i'm talking from a race enthusiast, not from someone whos been behind the wheel. Yes, i enjoy NASCAR, but i also enjoy v8's, speedway, and F1, every motor sport has its
