I always cook "by eye" so it is everybodys personal choice for amount of ingredients to put in the meat stuffing. And so is the dough,I just kinda see by eye how much meat stuffing I have... So it is never like perfect- I always have some leftovers))) Sorry...)

What is the reason you are wearing rubber gloves? I mean, is it special for pelmeni preparation so the dough won't stick or something? Or do you always wear them when cooking?
