go to poppy sims. They have alot of sims 3 maternity clothes(teen and adult). then just click one of those outfits before shes preg. Like the video.

this does work, it will give you the auto stuff if you have more than one outfit for your sim. so to make sure the redone maternity clothes work have only ONE outfit per slot, so just save all the stuff you already made for your sim and wait till she pops, then go back and put on the stuff you picked out for her.

nope, you just change their regular clothing BEFORE they are starting showing pregnant. so you just change the everyday clothes to that shirt, and the sporty pants. but do it before she's getting a bigger belly!

I'm saying I did it before she became pregnant and her maternity clothes still ended up being something random from maxi

like I changed her into that weird sun dress looking thing they either wear for sleeping or formal dress and the like and customized the colors and such and it was still one of the random defaults after she started showing and such

Can you please tell me what store my sim character can buy clothes? or do I have to have another game installed on my computer. For example, on sims 2, I have 'night life' installed and the character can go downtown to purchase clothes.

I thought on sims 3, the character have to wear the same clothing that was picked for them when you created them. Sorry for sounding dumb. I had just received sims 3 and began playing it. Also, I have sims 1, sims 2, and now sims 3.

You don't buy clothes in the Sims 3. All the clothes that are loaded into your game are available when you go to the dresser.

Just plan an outfit (you can also have multiple outfits for each category!)
