6-7 months on average for seasonal employees, depending on the amount of hours worked they'll see between 35-45k average. It's really up to the individual on if they work during the winter. Some ski, some go to school, others do nothing but travel.

@MrStryperfan crewmembers are in the $12-$13 range, lead crewmembers are $14-$15 squad leaders $15-$18.
