It's a promotional advert for a language course...it's supposed to be ironic to us westerners that we DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE'S SAYING ie. he could be saying anything to us and we would simply have to read the provided sub-titles, hence, we should get educated to learn the languages of other creeds and cultures...
