Oh no, the acedemy which the first heroes( Vayne, Jess, Anna, Nikki, Roxis, Flay, Pamella, and Muppy) has collapsed. :( I hope there was Vayne, Jess, Anna, Roxis, Nikki and Pamella in this game even though there was Flay in it. All six of them much better than Flay and I hope there is Mana Khemia 3 with the previous character in it like the the Mana Khemia 1. They the most legendary alchemist like the dothacker, Kite the legendary player of dothack series.

anything atlus makes for one ALL ar tonelico series up to qooga :) 1 2 and 3 (3 is on ps3) lets see hm OH Disgaia (spelling?) Mana Khemia :) ANY tales of series Legand of Heros :) just to name a few :) also Growlancer and The one with the BADASS OVERLORD (forget its title) then theres phantom brave :) that should cover most of the titles out there MAINLY look for two company logos ATLUS and NIS find those and your gaurenteed it to be anime rpg :) OH yeah

im sorry but... this games opening disappointed me ._. the gameplay is great but... you can get over powered to the monsters WAY too quickly. takes the fun of the game out. This is why i prefer the first one over the second. i dont mean to rant so please dont hate me. the opening is something they could have done better with like the first one. also to those who think it has anime? its not really anime... its more like drawings just slapped into the opening, sorry =)

@KagomePretty Subscribe to Nis america, Xseed, and Atlus, these publishers are well known for games like these .Nis having all of Gust made games like the Atelier series, Ar Tonelico, and Mana Khemia. and Compile Heart who directly developed the cross over game Cross Edge, they also made Records of the Argest war and the up coming Hyperdemsion Netune. There Japanese branch has also made the Makai Kingdom series (best known for Disgaea). Atlus has the persona series, so check out Persona 3 FES

@KagomePretty Disgaea series, Grandia series, Tales series(such as Tales of the Abyss, Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Vesperia, etc.), Atelier Iris series, Shining Tears, etc. That should give you a start, though some other games are worth checking out IMO such as the Star Ocean series, Shadow Hearts series, I'm looking into getting Persona 3 sometime in the future. La Pucelle Tactics, Makai Kingdom, and Phantom Brave if you're into awesome replay value thats in Disgaea. Does that help?

Same world, same school as the 1st game but just like other Gust games like Atelier and Ar Tonelico it has different main characters which basically means you don't need much knowledge from any previous game. There is a couple of characters from the 1st game in Mana Khemia 2 but overall if you never played the 1st game you probably wouldn't even realize it.

Principle probably offers him said position in fear of him being never graduated,after all, having a never-going-to-graduate-studen­t in your academy is not very good for your reputation,and Gunnar is too good to be just a security guard.

Vayne's not gonna be here. the only character from Mana Khemia: Alchemist of Al-Revis that's going to be in Mana Khemia 2: Fall of Alchemy are Flay Gunnar (a Teacher now, Roze's Classroom Teacher and Art of Battle Teacher), Tony Eisler (a Teacher now and Ulrika's Classroom Teacher), and Zeppel Kriever (the Principal now)

giant dragon... I hope the main boss isnt some generic dragon...the main boss in the first was epic. Dont get me wrong, im going to get this game the day it comes out, but the characters just dont look nearly as interesting as the characters from MK1 do. they almost look rather bland, typical rpg characters, i hope im wrong, but the first game was just so damn good. I hope they show how Al-Reives fell.
