Between the two Apache models? Not really. The Longbow radar just makes it easier to hunt armor and ground targets. The Longbow Apache can do everything that the one without the radar can do.
And yes, the USMC does have some of the most badass helicopters

Actually you are wrong, casual use of fed military forces on US turf is ONLY allowed by congress or constitution. So technically speaking(which IS recourse to the facts) a military show is illegal. This has direct parallels with the attack on Libya, US can ONLY declare war with agreement of congress.

What it states is "it shall not be lawful to employ any part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws".

Not because i dont understand what happened and the precedence it could set for future attacks. Under our constitution it was not an illegal act by the President, see the War Powers Resolution of 1973. If you wanted to make a claim that the transfer of our forces to NATO after the 60 days was illegal, then you might would have a good point.
