Is that the clip where one of the young boys transforms into the girl? If so - I think Naruto says that something that makes Sakura think he's grown up after being away for 2 years but then he says something about having learned a newer/better version of the Orioke-no-Jutsu or something and so she hits him. So it's not like Naruto did anything to Sakura. Sakura is just being Sakura.
