this guy needs to stick with pleasure boats or just none fishing boats. Bass fishermen like to go fast and people want this rig tested at "top" speed not just cruising around like a dunday drive! that boat is an 80 MPH boat.

Now I don't know about that comparison to the z520... Those hulls are made from completely different molds....

But, that boat is a 78mph+ boat "easy" with one person and a light load... More likely 78-79mph...

I own a 2008 200xl with a 225 EVO HO and it "has" reached 77.6mph gps this spring with a very light load...

Don't listen to this guy on the video for "any" boat!!!!!

they are made from different molds, but stratos and ranger are made by the same company and what they did was, just make the z520, and then make a twin type of boat to sell for a cheaper price. Stratos is made with a bit cheaper materials and such.

That guy doesn't know how to drive that boat, or it isn't set up worth a crap... I've ridden in one that went up to 77mph in pretty rough water....

No he doesn't know how to drive a bass boat. He doesn't trim, or anything. It's a good boat and it's set up great. And since stratos is owned by genmar (the same owner that ownes ranger) it's the same exact identical boat as the z520. No difference at all.
