The problem with Steph is that she displays no grace in either winning or losing. She shows bad sportsmanship time and time again. She is definitely a sore loser and she needs to get over herself. It comes back to haunt her in the end.

Actually i think the whole yelling thing was just for the show. Lydia knocking her out of the challenge first was kind of a sign that she was getting too confident for Steph's liking and with the whole speech she put her in her place.

One of my brothers is a cop and lives in Kauai. About a decade ago there was a survivor type show where people were not told where they were and had to survive the wilderness. He ended up moonlighting for that show, with a bow and arrow, to keep the wild boars away at night and ensure safety. And he had a couple of close encounters, but my brother is not far off from Crocodile Dundee :-D, so they were all fine.
I'll add: I'm mystified by how great a discrepancy in Steph's personality between Palau and here. If anything, someone who has STARVED in Survivor before ought to know and remember.
At this merge, Steph herself was wigging out as there was no sign of a feast. She admitted she was starving at that point. Then she gorged while they did not. Then Gary, twice her size, had 1 slice of pizza whilst she PIGGED on that lobster open menu dinner.
Does anyone know if they have security at night that watch for snakes and crocs, etc. The reason I'm asking, on "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here", they had a snake crawl into their camp while they were sleeping and they had some sort of security guys come in and get the snake.
How could a nature person like Rafe get the croc question wrong? They are reptiles, therefore they have the most energy when they have been heated up by the sun. At dawn, they've been cold all night and need to lie in the sun to wake up and get their circulation faster.

Candice? Please. All she did on her season was make one big dumb choice because she wanted to bang Adam. There's nothing heroic about sucking at the game and making decisions with your genitals. I could name DOZENS of players more deserving of her HvV spot.

@TommyIsCancer Starting with Kathy from Marquesas...she was one of the true power players in her season when she managed to get Paschal, Sean, Vecepia, and Neleh to align with her to take out the dominating Rotu 4 alliance...that marked the first time someone ever did that on Survivor

The problem with Steph is that she displays no grace in either winning or losing. She shows bad sportsmanship time and time again. She is definitely a sore loser and she needs to get over herself. It comes back to haunt her in the end.

You know? Steph of ALL people there understands firsthand from her time in Palau what it is like to live off of next to NOTHING. Lydia's current eating experience is close to what Steph's was in Palau.
Just think. If Steph had used some soft people skills to approach Lydia with some compassion, and just talking it out with her. It's a bummer for Lydia, but this is not a fair game. It would have been better than just getting posturing and controlling and barking AT Lydia. Yuck.

Actually i think the whole yelling thing was just for the show. Lydia knocking her out of the challenge first was kind of a sign that she was getting too confident for Steph's liking and with the whole speech she put her in her place.
I actually think Steph is playing way better game this time. She basically controls the game and i don't see how she won't be final 2.

Somebody once said on survivor that the producers can edit you in a way to make you look good or bad..... or maybe just better or worse. Overconfidence just like greed can show ones true colors. I liked Steph better last season when her team was getting their ass handed to them in challenges

As far as security watch for dangerous animals:
One of my brothers is a cop and lives in Kauai. About a decade ago there was a survivor type show where people were not told where they were and had to survive the wilderness. He ended up moonlighting for that show, with a bow and arrow, to keep the wild boars away at night and ensure safety. And he had a couple of close encounters, but my brother is not far off from Crocodile Dundee :-D, so they were all fine.

I'll add: I'm mystified by how great a discrepancy in Steph's personality between Palau and here. If anything, someone who has STARVED in Survivor before ought to know and remember.
At this merge, Steph herself was wigging out as there was no sign of a feast. She admitted she was starving at that point. Then she gorged while they did not. Then Gary, twice her size, had 1 slice of pizza whilst she PIGGED on that lobster open menu dinner.

Does anyone know if they have security at night that watch for snakes and crocs, etc. The reason I'm asking, on "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here", they had a snake crawl into their camp while they were sleeping and they had some sort of security guys come in and get the snake.

How could a nature person like Rafe get the croc question wrong? They are reptiles, therefore they have the most energy when they have been heated up by the sun. At dawn, they've been cold all night and need to lie in the sun to wake up and get their circulation faster.
