Interesting, I can't quite do one arm pull ups yet nor a one arm rope climb, but I can still climb faster than that. I'm not bragging or putting Cisco down, he's amazing for sure! I just find it interesting that he's so good at one arm pulls but when it comes to 2 arms I'm most likely faster.
