Hi mate i used Sounde Keys from Red Giant, it;s a plugin to create keyframe for sounds/ from sounds/music it;s not expensive plugin but very useful. The very important thing is rendering time, such as well other mates render in few or many hours then my solution take it in 20 minutes... ;)

@TheDreamspell the only downside to youtube is they tend not to help when working in Trapcode to understand the settings and how that particular texture is achieved; but credit to you, its much, much nicer than many I have seen.
