  • You can hear in his voice, how high Crosby is signing this.

  • Beautiful recording that brings me back to the late summer of '66 when I first bought this album. This is the first time I had ever heard David Crosby singing lead on one of their recordings. Roger's beautiful style on that mighty 12-string Rickenbacker really rings majestic here.

  • a 1966 song that sound like it came from India .. how interesting ... i wonder how much 1960s music was influenced by ragas and Indian music? hmm, let me think .. hmm, hmm the Byrds, the Beatles, Moby Grape, the Electric Prunes, ...

  • @carlafierro7 Don't forget the Yardbirds, they were the first band ever to use Indian sounds.

  • Flip side of Eight Miles High in the UK I believe... always blew me away.

  • I remember I heard this song the evening (danish time) september 11 2001. I felt so right to put this on. The lyrics which ask all the questions and so on. And the tune is great too. Now something aweful had happenend to our neighbours in Norway so I felt like listening to this song again.

  • Cool. Yeah, at one time it really was cool to be in this condition. Crosby just took it way, way beyond what cool was supposed to be. If you don't know what I mean, that's cool, too.

  • Nice

  • this is what its all about.
