Ichigo is officially 15 (though some time has passed since then so he's probably 16 now) and as for Hitsugaya, shinigami age REALLY slowly, so id say around 100, 120 at the oldest. still the youngest shinigami, and certainly youngest captain. I think rukias about 150.
