  • looks like our steping in school

  • That looks fun.

  • YEEEE HAWWWW!

  • Just like the good ol' days 'round the Mississippi river. Those were the days, y'all.

  • I like your dance.

  • Sort of look like a contra dance or a square dance. This type of dance was done at the regular contra dance a couple of times.

  • Gotta love it you dance with every woman in the room

  • I LOVE THIS !! In Australia we've our very own 'country-folk' tradition .. with a music-genre to match & oh so very similar to this kind of Appalachian-style oldtime music. We call our style "Bush Dancing" .. & our music & tunes (based on acoustic fiddles, banjos, mandolin, guitar, stand-up bass, tin-whistle or recorder, too .. why, sometimes there's even an accordion there as well) is called "Bush Music". Our stuff dates from the 1850s up to circa 1900 in its roots - Celtic all the way !!

  • Looks like it could be a great venue for an old-time wedding dance someday.

  • sounds like a combination of square and round dancing calls. I'm a square dancer and have danced line dances there holding my children they loved it but are now big enough to dance by themselves

  • hey i know where this is i live like south off of glenway a little way from them.

  • Such a fine turnout here, different ages, fine band. 5*****

  • Ah, yes! What them fiddle players should be doing. Playing for dancers.
