this happens to me sometimes when i do vats attacks with the terrible shotgun. the gibs float in the air and when i reload the game it looks exactly like this. as soon as you move the gibs in any manner they seem to be influenced by gravity again. also there is a weird corpse on the floor with only arms legs and head. you cant interact with it.

you cant play live on Fallout 3 unfortunately.. the live functions on the game is only achievements, the ability to chat with friends on live and you can download dlcs with live
