  • Peace and love.

  • Yes, the individual instruction gambit. Same as Transcendental Meditation. I'd love to be an ISHAYA so that I can talk like her but, oops, I don't have any money. Guess I'm doomed ! to their credit, they only want $300 compared to the maharishi's staggering $1500. Oh well, back to my little cave of poverty driven spiritual darkness. Bye Bye.

  • This is the beginning and most important part of ascending. The is more. What are you saying should be an alternative?

  • Interesting...

  • Me gusta este sitema de vida

  • It is a practice of utilizing conscious thought. Specifically, consciously choosing to think thoughts based on praise, love, and gratitude. She did not discuss what they actually are since this practice is taught by personal instruction.

  • To me the zen meditation of practicing non thought is contrary to Christianity. Is the ishaya technique More like Contemplation?? As in prayer??

  • @29Zachary - This would fit in with any religion, if you see my comment to 2077557, it's about feeling appreciation, love, and awe, or as St. Paul said, to think about all things good and uplifting. (I forget the exact quote.) Likewise, the idea of non-thought in a Christian sense is to empty your mind, and the Holy Spirit will come in. Like when you de-clutter your house and sunshine comes in.

  • "ascension" is a load of bullshit all are equal and one, you are not special for apparently "ascending" lol. =1

  • this commentary was about it, but did not reveal the phrases she refers to...

    is it secret?

  • @2077557 I've just finished the first book, "First Thunder" and halfway through the second. And although they advise finding a personal personal instruction, it's not a big secret. The idea is to spend several minutes (or hours) in appreciation, in awe, and feeling the connection and love from the rest of the universe. You can do this while resting or awake and functioning.

  • @virginiabeachgirl If simply holding the concepts of Awe and appreciation in our minds delivered permanent states of expanded awareness then there would be no necessity for the techniques used in Ascension. Everyone could simply walk around holding in their mind their greatest conceptualization of Peace and leave it at that. Unfortunately, this approach is doomed to failure because individual concepts are mired in the limitation of personal experience and do not provide a stable reference point.

  • @virginiabeachgirl The feelings of Love and connection with the Universe you experience are just fine, but do not limit yourself by thinking your feelings and thoughts are stable anchors which you can rely upon forever, because they are not, feelings and thoughts change at the drop of a hat, and then where will you be when a feeling other than love or happiness arises? The techniques are EVERYTHING in terms of correctly practicing Ascension.

  • @virginiabeachgirl Please do not fool yourself with fancy intellectual insights, there are millions already doing this and not getting very far in terms of conscious evolution. The Techniques of Ascension when correctly practiced root ones awareness into the most stable and permanent point of reference one can known within the realm of experience, the Ascendant. Without the techniques, your mind will eventually rebel against the sand castles you've tried to convince yourself were skyscrapers.

  • @virginiabeachgirl Personal instruction is recommended because there is no greater way to master an Art form than by seeking the audience of one whom has mastered it themselves. Ishaya's wish the quickest most direct path for you in your quest to know God and the Kingdom of Heaven within, however they know each individual's divine birthright to free-will, will be the deciding factor in how quickly or slowly they actually progress. Their choice. Concepts or the Direct Experience of Truth. Up2u

  • And Please dont send me any hate messages, i will just delete em anyway. Shalom,J.

  • I trully doubt the claims that this was handed down by the Apostle John, my advice? Concentrate on Your breathing as often as You can,and let your thoughts just pass, don't give em any space in your head. alot less expensive...John in Tampa

  • you are delightful, and you explain this simple (most difficult thing for most people to understand) concept, and the mindfulness of the genuis of not directing our thoughts, but allowing them to naturally flow and allowing yourself to enjoy the now

  • Thank you for that 'diamond' gem of thought! It's about living life, and taking each day as it comes, being conscious of it.
