My best friend's father has terminal lung cancer so he uses cannabis to help him cope with what chemo has done to his body, and it also alleviates his depression. You can see how much it helps him. Anyone who is against medicinal marijuana, please just do some hands on research concerning the benefits it can have for people. @Xiethetuber With my condition I have to smoke before I eat anything or I throw it up (thanks to chemo). There are anti-nausea pills ( I throw them up before they can work.) Oregon allows me to grow my own. We also have the Compassion Club = we give pot to other members in need, never sell it. I can have a pound and a half and grow 6 full plants and keep around a dozen starts. I smoke around a gram a day.

I have very good insurance so I am only paying about 5% of my medical fees out of pocket, that comes to about $1,000.00 US a month. And of course I still have to pay for the insurance, about $200. 00 a month thanks to my employer paying 3/4 of it. So, since I have a well paying job only half my income is going to health care providers. But I do get to grow my own weed.
