  • I love this that may give a justification of Mary's role as obedience is applied to Honoring your body such as Christ did as well. Especially, in the evangelize mission to other religion such as in regards to Chinese Mythology.

  • Mary was not the greatest human creature. But with that being said, she did participate in God's redemptive plan.

  • Doesn't it make sense that God, being omniscient, and seeing all humanity throughout time, would pick the most perfect and greatest (or impart grace Himself to make her so) to bear his Son?

  • Co-Redemptrix Theology is NOT official dogma of the Catholic Church.

  • It will be dogma one day, I think.

  • how come the catholic church claims to have given the world the Bible but yet her doctrines aren't in it?

  • do you mean is the word "trinity" in the Bible? no, it isnt'....but the teaching is,,,read 2Corinthians 13:14 and there you will find,Father, Son and Holy Spirit...all in one verse..Now where was the teahing of the trinity found?

  • How come you claim to have given us the Bible but yet you forgot to put all your docturines in it?

  • the word coredemptrix is from the catholic world not from God's word....you won't find it there and you won't find the teaching there either. no buddy, Jesus was the greatest human..not sinful mary. she knew how come you can't?

  • Ok smarty! You believe in the Trinity. Where's that in the Bible? Please show me!!!

  • do you mean is the word "trinity" in the Bible? no, it isnt'....but the teaching is,,,read 2Corinthians 13:14 and there you will find,Father, Son and Holy Spirit...all in one verse...where,

  • This guy said Mary suffered exactly (the same way) as Jesus suffered. I beg to differ, the wrath of God was poured on Jesus (propitiation), not on Mary.

  • Okay, listen up. Wouldn't a mother suffer pains because her Son was killed? There's a prayer called the Seven Sorrows of Mary. She may not have suffered physically, but she suffered emotionally. How would you like it if your son was innocent but yet they killed him? Isabelle Romee d'Arc dealt with the same sufferings because her daughter, St. Joan of Arc, was killed when she was innocent.

  • clear as clear glass dr.miravalle.

truly to other ears no matter how much the church with its authority explain dogmas its very hard for them to grasp its wisdom. theirs hearts are hardened and ears made deaf.

coz i was one of them.

Jesus bless you and Mama Mary loves you.

  • nonsense, Jesus was the greatest human that walked this earth..not mary.. the term coredemdtrix is a catholic made up word...why not have a coredempters for the apostles? they gave their lives for the gospel message to be spread, if they wouldn't have then we what would of happened to the Christian message being spread? God made woman to carry babies, not just mary. He puts words in God's mouth..blasphemy!

  • Do you mean that Jesus was the greatest human person that ever walked the earth???

  • if the end goal is to get to heaven, why didn't your god make it easy for us and just take us there in the first place, thus side stepping earth altogether?

There is no scientific or objective proof for any god.

If you like stories of the supernatural why not try harry potter?

  • If he made it so easy to grasp him, he would be rewarding even those who had no love and desire for Him, because all would find him, whether they wanted to or not. If he made it so hard, no one would find him, no matter how hard they toiled. But as it is, those who seek him with a sincere heart will find him.

Proof? No, but enough evidence to make me fall in love with him.

  • Excellent vid, Dr. Miravalle. God bless you for using your intellect for the greater good of God!

  • Thank you oh so much, Franciscan Friars, for putting these videos on YouTube! What a powerful medium this can be!

  • Dear Dr. Miravalle,

I really enjoyed that, you have a gift for making a difficult subject easy to understand.

What you say makes sense about Mary to me.

Imagine the suffering of watching your own dear son being tortured and killed like that, poor Mary deserves to be honoured as co-redemprix.

    Thanks

    Mike

  • It is the language that is used in such passages as he quoted that make a person despair when reading the bible.

  • Is that opening music from the Brotherhood of Hope?

  • No, the opening music is from Fr Maximilian Dean F.I.'s CD, O Holy & Immaculate Heart, available at

    marymediatrix dot com

  • Great vid and explanation Dr. Miravalle!

  • Jesus entered heaven having "obtained" (past tense) eternal redemption for us. the book of Hebrews.
