@timd941 I'd say it would depend on how the suit is made. If they fur is glued/stiched, materials used/types of fur, etc. I wouldn't really do it a lot seeing as any air brushed parts might come off

@AshesLovesJose The reason why it does not harm the fur is because you need to wash the fursuit when it gets dirty. I wouldn't recommend doing that with so many other chemicals in the water though. It could shrink the fabric or cause certain dyes to leak off.

actually the fur is made of plastic fibers and the pool wont do much harm to it, the only thing i can think of is maybe the color fading ever so slightly and i think the eyes. but only if they are painted or made with markers .3. Me and my bud are going to making suits with are sonas (who are a kind of newt) that are water proof .w.

the day i get my first fursuit, im not getting any closer to a pool with it, i estimate that a fursuit like the one i want is gonna be quite expensive, i would treat it carefully to last as long as possible, don't get dirty, and wash it myself and carefully not to damage it. By the way, if you want to waste money by buying and destroying fursuits, why dont you just give me the money instead? I would like to buy a fursuit.

Eww, attention seekers and a yiffsuit :| Seems like they're trying to be 'out there' and get 'popufur' by doing something no other suiters will do, because of the safety risk and inevitable damage to the suit... Chlorine is a very harsh chemical, and foam will cling onto moisture for weeks, resulting in mould.

EF 16, so this was in the Maritim Hotel in Magdenburg..? So this is what the pool looks like. Quite small, but large enough to have fun. Really looking forward to my first EF, which will be next EF17. :D By the way, that inflatable pegasus is awesome! :3
