I live out here in Kansas City (Independence specifically) and I was watching this on KCTV5 when it took place. For about 40 minutes or so they were airing this chase, if I remember from like 4:10 to when the guy got into the water. I believe they were looking at it like a car wreck (ironically), you don't want to stare but you can't help but watch it unfold. I would have to say that was one of the most wildest chases I've ever seen.
