I think Snoop thought Pac was a good guy but I think he was just mentioning how he had a different outlook than Dre and him. Dre and Snoop were more about music where Pac was an angry person and dwelled on his grudges and animosity. Ya Dre had an Eazy-E diss on the chronic but he didn't dwell on it like Pac did creating this scene with the east/west coast battle. Pac had an impact on death row but I can see what Snoop is talkin about just because Pac got there a few years after they got big.
