Delta Rep. Wrongly Uses Police to Intimidate Stranded Customers Part 1

I am not taking Delta's side AT ALL when I say this: try dressing like a professional next time you fly. If you dress the same way to fly that you would if you were cleaning the garage, they are going to blow you off. It's human nature, as flawed as that is. I'm not talking 1950's suits and ties, but a button down shirt, dark jeans and some decent shoes really do make you look like somebody who should be listened to. This also works for protesters, etc. Try it, guys. Really.

@oxford14 Fuck that. You must not own a business. The customer is always right, especially when s/he is dealing with a large faceless corporation like Delta. Helga doesn't care what you're wearing, she just wants to make more money for Delta. Their aim is higher profits, not better service. A good CS agent would have tried to work with these people and not gotten a damn attitude and tried to intimidate them with the police. I bet these people won't fly Delta again, and who can blame them?
