Just grab a drive bay that supports USB 3.0. There you'll have 5GBs. Yes, 5 gigabites per second. The transfer rates will verrry though depending on if it is files or something else like a web cam or something.
@hydrolisk1792 How would I connect that to my network ? I currently have Dell server and 3 Dell workstations on a gigabit LAN. I need to back them all up to something.
I did.. used a 1.1 GHz Athlon box with openSuSE on it. Stuffed 2x 2TB SATA drives and 4 x 200GB IDE Drives into it.. supports dual gigabit ethernet and gives me about 30-40 megabytes a second..
Not bad for an old PC plus it's been going for months on end and it was incredibly cheap - the PC was being thrown out and I had everything else (decent PSU, loads of HDs etc)

@bandersentv Grab a USB 3.0 PCI E Card and install it in your server than make it a network drive :)

*protip* in Vista click on more information when copying / moving etc.. it'll tell you the transfer rate.
