I feel disappointed because what the istore shows us is that the goodreader will help me to make highlight underlines and make notes but there is nothing like that !!

How do you find PDF files already existing on your iPad using Goodreader? I already have some PDFs I can view on iBook, but can't seem to find them on Goodreader. Not sure where PDFs are stored on iPad.
Id definitely recommend using DropBox with Goodreader as it's the best (and free) way to automatically sync documents/files between different computers/iphone/ipad. Much easier than emailing yourself or carrying files on a USB stick.
