  • I have a 1999 Heidelberg DI Plus with 6-million impressions here in Texas. I can e-mail pics right away. Fantastic shape. $27,000 plus shipping. Will print your file or GATF test sheets. Will demonstrate on site. Here in Texas.

  • This guy below me is a dummy. We have 2 Ryobi 3404 DI's available now! Dave at KirbtWest 512-992-7430. Texas location

  • Don't EVER ***EVER*** buy ANYTHING from ryobi (unless its a fishing reel).

This is the voice - or text - of experience. I suffered an incedible amount at the hands of my bosses because the thought that cheap ryobis meant production at a reduced rate...well it's a false economy.

  • LITHO RULES.

Should have bought a RYOBI 524HXX.

IVS, Auto plate Loading, Auto Inking, Offpress Controls, AAC Dampening, Stream feeder and LANDSCAPE 52cm feed. (basically digital as well)

    AND fantastic quality.

But i've seen these machines and they're okay but expensive to run.

  • where can i buy one of thses!!!!? nobody seems to sell me theres!

Contact me if you got one for sale, i am willing to travel anywhere in the uk, ireland, isle man.

  • They don't make Heidelberg DI presses anymore. You will have to buy a used one.

The new Pressteks are better, though.

  • @ubrbilly - I am in the U.S. - I have one for sale - 2002 - 4 Color Heidelberg Digital Press QM 46-4 - has under 4 million images - is in excellent condition. Asking $90,000.00 - price negotiable - comes with pallet of unused ink and supplies

  • @ubrbilly 574-315-7445 - have an excellent one for sale 2002 - has less than 4 million impressions - Heidelberg Quick-master DI 46-4 Pro - Maximum paper size 13 3/8 x 18 1/8 - includes 1 pallet new ink - 46 cans and spare parts

  • the advantage of the indigo/igen/nextpress model is the ability to utilise an audience never before able to market themselves in print due to runlength & price. the other advantage for the manufacturer is their option to quote with no risk upfront by selling per click its a win win

  • DI isn't comparable to an Indigo (it being an OFFSET press) and is very handy to have in an otherwise digital shop so you can get the pantone you need...

  • im not sure if you can get numbering on the QMDI. the ink is waterless offset ink it uses a silicone base repellent with plate non image

area being silicone waterless offset has still got a long way to go & heidelberg have now stopped making this press

  • Is this machine using offset ink?and got come with numbering and perforating?

  • I ran one of these things, run is all I can say, run as fast as you can. If your wanting to go the digital route, the Compaq Indigo's produce some nice stuff.

Or like the previous comment, the SM52's are a sweet little press. You will be much happier. These DI's are garbage.

  • if i were you id be trading the DI in for a new SM52 before you get too far behind the times you can now buy SM52 Plates for about $3 and plate up in 5 mins with no hickeys and huge quality difference
