theres another scene that she's in when their actually shooting herion as opposed to smoking it,where she makes a speech about vampires and people eating away at their bodies and souls.she is only in 2 scenes in the movie,and in those 2 scenes its only her and keitel and she wears the same black outfit in both.but,in the 2nd scene that she's in thats where she makes the speech,its much better than this scene.shows off her acting more.but, ppl 4get,she was really involved w/writing this film.RIP

@fuckleberry1 From what I understand (this coming straight from Zoe's lips) Abel had absolutely nothing to do with the writing of this movie.The parts that Zoe wrote for this movie, she wrote by herself.Zoe credited Abel for being a good director but did state he had nothing to do with the actual screenplay.

This is maybe the most difficult film to watch I've ever seen. It was NC 17 and deserved to be so. It might not be too eay for the casual movie-goer to see much value in or any reason for this film. I'm not a casual movie-goer and I understood the film but I can't say I recommend it to too many people. It's grim, uncompromising, and depressing. This makes Tax Driver seem like a feel good movie.
