NC* Star Ocean: The Last Hope (360) Review

For all those who want to know the Star ocean 3 plot twist was here it is: (btw I don't exactly know what people said was the plot twist but I'll say in my opinion it was and hey it's prob the same

After the protaganist and crew rescued the protagonists dad they went on a little adventure and found out that they were symbologically altered so they could enter 4d space.

When they entered 4d space they found out the inhabitants thought of their own dimension as a MMO that was created. (i think

@whiteboypimp91 I haven't played it. I guess it has a little more content though the 360 version looks a little better on your higher end TV. The 360 has some freezing problems though so I'd just go with the PS3 version.

But offline your character has almost no part in the story (the only part your character plays is in the beginning)

I always felt like I was alone when it came to disliking Star Ocean 3's story. Many of my friends thought it was amazing, but it was their first Star Ocean game.

I still can't decide if I want to buy this game or not. I loved Star Ocean 1 and 2, but I didn't really enjoy 3. I feel like this may end up being like the Arc The Lad series, where the first couple of games are amazing, the next couple are passable, and the newest is complete crap.

meh the characters don't move their faces when talking or show emotions so the game sucks character design wise. and since you say the story is not very good and with the dungeon taking so long i'd give it a 6. the battle system looks like something out of the dot hack series. thats the only thing i see that might make me want to get it.

What they need for a final twist in an RPG is where you find out you're the double agent and turn on your team members. That way you can off those really annoying characters. I wouldn't mind annoying team mates then. The release you get from turning on them would make it worth it.
