I had literally just turned 3 and my resounding memories are long drops (because I thought I was going to fall in) and early morning a big marquee type tent full of people still in their p.j's and sleeping bags and of course our very cool kombi. Thanks for a great festival Peter.

Hey I was just wondering if those giant poles with the massive ribbons on them (6:24)were just at the 1979 festival? Because I have a picture of me under them and neither of my parents are postive what year we went. Cheers
