After perusing several articles discussing this situation, I'm very surprised that there was such a fuss. I live in a rural part of Pennsylvania, and several same-sex couples attended my senior prom. No one seemed to mind. Actually, those couples received the most fanfare during the Grand Marche.

interesting that you bring up genetics. God didn't make male and female always definite. babies born with uncertain genders. usually isn't a birth defect as it is just a different genetic traits . then if the others that do have birth defects where the sex organs don't work properly.
