i give 9v from general purpose battery.and i make ciruit that i see in your video and my laser diode i get it from LG dvd RW.i think it is 200mW.i made circuit with lm 317+10omh reg+47uf 35v cap+ diode...

i made the circuit but when i give voltas laser diode just dim...diode is dead or connction not writ or bettery problem
