on investigating this for my self, I found that lazy workers who were hired for an hourly wage made up names and registration to turn in so that they could be paid, thereby cheating Acorn. There were no people to vote because they were made up and did not exist. So the only fraud was perpetrated against Acorn who paid for phony information that could not be used.

Those people were convicted of VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD not voter fraud. It would have been voter fraud if they registered Mickey Mouse and someone who wasn't Mickey Mouse voted as Mickey Mouse. ACORN was the only victim of the VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD because they paid these people a commision on how many voter registration forms they turned in. On Fox, if you go there with a series of talking points they will cut you right off. If viewers want to hear peoples talking points they have CBS and NBC for that. Like it or not, Fox is the number one in the ratings because it is different.

Megyn Kelly would not have gone off on him if he didnt try to lie about the vote registration fraud convictions. ACORN is under investigation in 15 states so everyone knows he is lying.

The man is also correct in saying that there is no evidence of actual voter fraud that has happened as a result. Now, let me explain to you the difference between registration fraud and voter fraud.

When people REGISTER to vote they don't automatically get APPROVED to vote. You need to have valid ID in order to actually gain the ability to vote and voting polls are required to check this. In my state of Oregon, for instance, where we do mail ballots (cont.)

when we register we are required to give our drivers license number. We of course obtain said drivers license by 1. passing a driving test and 2. PROVIDING OTHER VALID FORMS OF ID SUCH AS A BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD. If we do not have these valid forms of ID our registration is not approved and we are not allowed to vote. REGISTRATION FRAUD, which is what these employees were convicted of doing, is when you try to register someone who doesn't exist or doesn't have the (cont).

ACORN employees that made money based on how many people they register are under investigation. The company itself is not. The company has turned over mountains of evidence against said employees because they stole money from them by forging registrations.
