The large gathering of cars is familiar to me but not hanging out in the front near the garage. We have empanadas too. Today, we're celebrating Rosca de Reyes. I don't know if Cubans celebrate that but it's a thin circulate pasty and there are miniauture plastic baby Jesus' in them. Whoever gets a slice with one in them, has to host a party at their house. Thank you for sharing this. It's cool to compare/contrast Latin traditions.
