The bully attacks are predictable and algie goes on a pre-establish path so you can go first beat the crap of the bully before they even meet with Algie (and have red arrows above their head)

that's how I did it. However the trick is to

avoid violant behavior in front of the prefect before once algie is taking a leak, you have to wait in the restroom till he finishes.

If you have a speed trouble just practice the patern before getting on with the mission
