Flying an Airplane through the clouds on takeoff

i flew for the first time, a 3 hour flight. i have never been more scared or sick in my life. all i kept thinking was GET ME OFF OF THIS PLANE. I sat right next to the Jet engine, it was so loud I wanted to cry. I got sick multiple times & cried most of the way. I wish I had someone to talk too or calm me down but no one even cared. Landing was the best part because I knew the closer to the ground we got the less chance of dying.

You will be okay. I slept on a lot of my flights. You will notice quite a few passengers nap, so yes nap away if you can. I always seem to sleep pretty good on flights. Good luck!

so next month im gonna be going on an airplane for my first time lol....and i hate rollercoasters and are scared of heights lol....how will i feel on the plane :/

@727lildee You will kindof get the stomach wierd feeling on takeoff but just for a second during acceleration. You will be okay. Just don't think to much into it and make it worse for yourself. Good luck. If you have some noise cancelation headphones. BOSE has those kind im talking about. Or maybe borrow some. That will help with the noise.

I have just just just started working for delta express airlines and is a flight captain. They promoted me automaticly because i got super high scores and has done better than perfect in the cockpit. Im gonna switch to delta instead of the express.

I am a piliot and have dealt with going through the clouds with a lot of turbulence. and some times it isnt fun.... My dad was the piliot of americian 587. I wish he could still be here!

Just enjoy it, the airplane I went on had a tv in the seat. Since I was super scared I took dramatine (as said before) and it makes everything better.
