You can turret yourself, or you can get there pushed by trophy, or you can go to the game room and hop on the stereo and then over the wall you can get to the teleport room :/ I dont see the hard part when theres many changes.

also you can get into insomniac museum teleport room in phoenix without 15 trophies. megaturret hack yourself through the wall and you are at the teleporter!

6:25 thats the part where you have to help the phoenix during the break-in. and also i know how to get to the noid base on blackwater city. just do the first mission and megaturret yourself through the wall and you can walk around back there without getting hit.
