@chanellie86 the only way to lose weight for good is to eat less and healthy and exercise more - stupid lemonade diet will make you weak, angry, irritated, if you stick to it you'll lose a few pounds only to gain them back rapidly after you start eating anything solid - in other words, good luck
I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

the comment that overeating is a disease is crazy.We over eat out of a choice we make that choice for various reasons.If it is a disease it seems the majority of the western developing world are the only ones to suffer it.Take ownership of your own life and put in the efforts like these guys in the video.

I was always the fat kid in school. Then, at 16, I pushed myself and I got to a good weight. I kept it off for a while, but birth control and pregnancy put back on all the weight I lost. Now I'm trying to lose it all over again. It's difficult, but worth it.
im only 13 years old and im on a diet as i think im carrying too much weight, being honest it's not a lot over the limit just a couple of pounds possibly + i want to shed some weight and i do 50 crunches in the morning and 50 at night and i really do notice a difference :) x

Now just after 3 weeks, Ive already dropped a size in jeans and feeling better. Ive set my goal that i want to keep dropping off the weight for another 8 weeks! Wow, this vid almost made me cry lol. I have lost 60 lbs by eating healthier and exercising. For those of us that have a long way to go, we can't have an all or nothing attitude. If u mess up one day, don't throw it all away. U have to go into it knowing u will mess up but as soon as u do, get back up. Also, u can't think of it as a "diet." U have to work on making permanent changes in your life, not go on some diet program because it never lasts. U have to learn how to live healthier. :-)
I'm sorry but humans in general just look better slimmer, we weren't design to be over weight...all these people look so much better with the weight loss, some of them don't even look the same because they got rid of that face fat. That's why I don't agree with that Fat Acceptance Movement because there is nothing accepting about being fat. Humans were designed to be slim and trim, so when we gain weight our bodies just go crazy cuz it doesn't know how to handle all that excess fat...

I am fat, and I don't sit around watching TV all day. I work full time teaching Pre-K year round, I am a graduate student, I have two children...but for a long time, I didn't eat what I should or how I should have.
I am dieting now...very successfully. Many fat people don't want to be fat. Overeating and obesity is an addiction and a disease. It takes more than just making the decsion to eat right and exercise.
@mrssm03 hello I am 15 years old so not as much experience but i am in the process of losing some weight! I have been eating smaller meals and doing at least 1 hour of exercise a day. Research something like google and you wil find out what foods actually make you put on weight. I have already lost just under a stone in a month just by making little changes! hope this helps! :)

@dittgeo just jump right in!! if you want to lose the weight just do it. dont let anyone (including yourself) convince you that it can wait another day. a day is supposed to last 24 hrs but the day that "next day" we say we're going to start never comes. i just recently started taking my own advice and love seeing results. you can do it too!!

Now, for a guy, that is pretty much the kiss of death - everyone wants to kick your ass. I wanted to be like a bodybuilder, so I force fed myself. I got up to 240 lbs, but one day it turned to fat. It was so difficult to get rid of. But I did. I am now 168 lbs - hard work and diet. I have been there.

I ate 2 chocolate bars a day. I would get offended if someone critisized my eating habits - I was in denial.

First of all, congrats on your weight lose and the journey. To answer your question, it depends on how big you area and how your skin is. Your skin is most likely to shrink along with the rest of your body if you are not too big. But if you are really huge, then it is most likely to be saggy. I wish you the best. Just do muscle workouts along with cardio, and I hope you are taking the right path when it comes to your dieting. Don't starve yourself. Take your time cos it takes time to gain weight

Wow, this vid almost made me cry lol. I have lost 60 lbs by eating healthier and exercising. For those of us that have a long way to go, we can't have an all or nothing attitude. If u mess up one day, don't throw it all away. U have to go into it knowing u will mess up but as soon as u do, get back up. Also, u can't think of it as a "diet." U have to work on making permanent changes in your life, not go on some diet program because it never lasts. U have to learn how to live healthier. :-)

I'm sorry but humans in general just look better slimmer, we weren't design to be over weight...all these people look so much better with the weight loss, some of them don't even look the same because they got rid of that face fat. That's why I don't agree with that Fat Acceptance Movement because there is nothing accepting about being fat. Humans were designed to be slim and trim, so when we gain weight our bodies just go crazy cuz it doesn't know how to handle all that excess fat...

I am fat, and I don't sit around watching TV all day. I work full time teaching Pre-K year round, I am a graduate student, I have two children...but for a long time, I didn't eat what I should or how I should have.
I am dieting now...very successfully. Many fat people don't want to be fat. Overeating and obesity is an addiction and a disease. It takes more than just making the decsion to eat right and exercise.

@mrssm03 hello I am 15 years old so not as much experience but i am in the process of losing some weight! I have been eating smaller meals and doing at least 1 hour of exercise a day. Research something like google and you wil find out what foods actually make you put on weight. I have already lost just under a stone in a month just by making little changes! hope this helps! :)

If people ate proper diets and exercised for 1 hour every day, there would be no fat people. But, men like to watch football while eating chicken wings and drinking beer. Women like watching Oprah and eating junk - it's sad but true. Get rid of your TV, forget watching sports; get out there and play sports.

Now, for a guy, that is pretty much the kiss of death - everyone wants to kick your ass. I wanted to be like a bodybuilder, so I force fed myself. I got up to 240 lbs, but one day it turned to fat. It was so difficult to get rid of. But I did. I am now 168 lbs - hard work and diet. I have been there.

Your body type plays an important role in how you get rid of excess fat. So even if everyone played sports and changed their eating habits to healthier choices doesn't mean there would be no fat people.

First of all, congrats on your weight lose and the journey. To answer your question, it depends on how big you area and how your skin is. Your skin is most likely to shrink along with the rest of your body if you are not too big. But if you are really huge, then it is most likely to be saggy. I wish you the best. Just do muscle workouts along with cardio, and I hope you are taking the right path when it comes to your dieting. Don't starve yourself. Take your time cos it takes time to gain weight
